As a hockey player and an avid gamer, I thrive on teamwork and collaboration, and love working with clients and the other members of their teams to achieve challenging objectives and address all the bumps along the way to deliver smooth execution.
The “superpower” I bring to each deal is that I am able to remain calm and level-headed even if things start to get complicated with the other party or outside circumstances.
As I’ve gained experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of a variety of deals and handled a broad range of functions from structuring and negotiations, to due diligence and documentation. I’ve gotten really good at understanding the bigger picture, and helping clients understand how their priorities connect to all the moving pieces and complexities of their deal.
While professionally rooted in Wichita, Kansas, I grew up in the Great White North (Ontario, Canada). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, Nicole, and our dog. Peko.
